Shipping today is both simple and complex. We have noticed gas prices, theft, and other factors that changed how we treat shipping. We are offering an online store and want to clarify all of these things for you so you will understand why we do things differently and walk to the beat of our own drum.

        Shipping Speed - Everyone likes a fast shipment. It depends on when your payment is received, when it is shipped, where it is shipped from. While working through our main supplier we have seen orders that are paid arrive in 2 days.

Shipment Fraud - Shipping fraud has occurred a lot over the last 5 years in several ways. There are people who are not honest who want to take advantage of others in a variety of ways.

Theft: - People ordering through amazon and other online services had items shipped to their home. It never arrived. We have it shipped to our secure mailbox at the UPS store. We pick it up there and handle the rest of the shipment delivering it to you in person.

Billing and Shipping Address DiffersWe prefer your billing address to match your shipping address. Credit card systems do have the ability to match it up exactly and reject a payment. We know who we are dealing with and have relaxed that policy so you can just pay and move on. Please use your shipment address.

Customers Local to Southern Illinois Region – We serve the Southern Illinois Area and have planned to cater for this group of people by offering free pickups, deliveries and in some cases free shipping by reason of the work we perform in addition to purchases.

Customers Outside of Southern IllinoisWe can still ship to you. It will have to be received in our office first and then sent out to you. Our Primary Reason: We do not share your details with the suppliers of products that are seen on this website. They love to ask and pry. But we do not share that info with them. Also, we check products for proper configuration and quality so our customers will receive the product they ordered in perfect condition with no defects.

Free Shipping – You may receive free shipping in 2 ways.

Shipping Fee: Orders under $500. -- We must charge a minimum of $25 for shipping to cover our costs of procuring your purchase. We did not mark it up very high because we are honest. We do have suppliers that help with shipping for specific order sizes or memberships. We also can lump multiple orders together and get the shipping costs down in this way. This website will do the basics and identify what you have asked for and how much that will cost to ship to you. However this programming for all of the various scenarios is kept simple. If the cost of shipping differs you may end up with a credit to your account for future purchases and if it ends up costing more than we charged you we will send an email with this information and call you to discuss it.

Cancellation of sale is possible before your order shipment - Purchases that have not been shipped may be canceled at your request. Please call us with your sale number. 618-985-5455. Your payment will be reversed and no shipment will be made. Your credit may take 5 business days to appear in your account.

Shipped and PAID purchases are final We are not unwilling to try. There are expenses we incur. We are not a bank or a charity. You will pay for the fees related to returning your product. This includes shipping and restocking fees. If the fees can be avoided you will have nothing to worry about. When the return to our supplier is complete we will refund the amount of your purchase minus the fees related to your product returns.

Warranty Returns – All products that are purchased new do have a limited warranty with their manufacturer. Some are longer than others.
